Mavimare GF 90 BT Hydraulic Outboard Steering 80 HP
The Mavimare GF 90 BT is a heavy-duty hydraulic steering system engineered for outboard motors with a maximum rating of 80 HP. The system components, including the pump and cylinder, are manufactured from high-grade aluminum and 316 stainless steel. All hardware consists of A4-grade stainless steel to ensure corrosion resistance in saltwater conditions. The kit includes two 5-meter hoses equipped with heavy-duty compression fittings, allowing for custom length adjustments during installation. These hoses are rated for a maximum working pressure of 200 bar with a test pressure of 300 bar. The steering pump operates at a maximum pressure of 70 bar and incorporates an integrated pressure relief valve and non-return valves. This system is compatible with a wide range of outboard engine brands within the specified horsepower range. It is particularly recommended for engines between 10 HP and 60 HP, though it supports up to 80 HP maximum.
