Inventory and product condition
Where inventory is held
Outboards offered for sale are held at our Somerset, KY facility and crated there for shipment. Availability shown on a product page reflects that on-hand inventory; if a unit sells before the catalog updates, we contact you and refund in full rather than substitute a different engine.
Condition disclosure
Every listing states whether the unit is new or used. Used units never claim a full factory new-unit warranty — the exact warranty position for that unit is printed in the “Condition & warranty” block on its product page.
Manufacturer relationship
We are an independent retailer. We are not a manufacturer, and we do not represent ourselves as a manufacturer-appointed or brand-authorized dealer. Manufacturer names and model numbers are used only to identify the products we sell. Warranty service is performed by the applicable brand’s authorized service network.
How customers pay and reach us
Orders settle in U.S. dollars by credit or debit card taken over the phone on our processor’s secured terminal, by domestic bank wire, or by ACH. Card details are never entered on this website or accepted by email, text, or chat. Existing customers can look up an order any time at order look-up, or reach a person on +1 (270) 989-7550 during Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM ET.
Shipping and price
All prices are in U.S. dollars. Standard LTL freight is free on every order shipped within the contiguous United States; applicable sales tax is shown at checkout before you commit.
Documentation on request
Business registration, proof of address, and inventory documentation are available to payment processors, marketplaces, and customers who request them at support@somersetmotorsports.com.
