Information we collect
When you place an order or contact support, we collect your name, billing address, shipping address, phone number, email address, order details, and payment confirmation data. When you browse the site, we collect standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) and analytics events.
How we use it
Personal information is used only to process orders, coordinate LTL freight delivery, provide post-sale rigging support, prevent fraud, and comply with our tax and shipping obligations. We do not sell or rent customer information to third parties.
Payment data
Card payments are processed by a PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant payment processor. Full card numbers are never stored on our servers. Wire and ACH bank details you submit are stored only for the duration required to reconcile your order.
Data retention
Order records are retained for 7 years to comply with U.S. tax and warranty obligations. Support correspondence is retained for 3 years. Server logs are retained for 90 days. Marketing consent records are retained until you withdraw consent.
Cookies & analytics
We use strictly-necessary cookies for cart and session state, and first-party analytics cookies to measure site performance. We do not use third-party advertising trackers. You may block cookies in your browser; strictly-necessary cookies are required for checkout to function.

California, EU, and UK residents have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal information, and to opt out of the sale of personal information (we do not sell personal information).
