Returns & Restocking
Outboard motors are high-value, hazmat-classified freight. Returns are accepted under the following conditions.
We accept returns on unmounted, uncrated engines within 30 days of delivery. Due to the extreme weight and hazmat considerations of marine engines, the buyer is responsible for all return heavy freight costs and a 15% restocking fee deducted from the refund.

Do not ship a return without a written RMA number. Unauthorized shipments will be refused at the dock at the sender's expense.
Engines we cannot accept
Engines that have been mounted, started, fueled, or had their oil added are non-returnable. Cosmetic damage from improper transit handling voids return eligibility unless documented on the original BOL at time of delivery.
How to start a return
- Email support with your order number and engine serial number.
- We issue an RMA number and approved LTL freight carrier list within 2 business days.
- Ship the engine, freight prepaid, in original crate to the address above with the RMA number on the BOL.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of inspection at our receiving facility.
Damaged on arrival
If your engine arrives with visible freight damage, note it on the BOL and refuse the shipment. Contact us within 24 hours and we will file the freight claim, replace the engine, and cover all return freight — no restocking fee applies to damage claims.
